Dear Blogging Friends,

I just want you all to know that I really am reading your new posts and my lack of commenting is not my fault. I've been trying to leave comments, but for the past month or so my comments won't post. Actually, once in a while the comment will post but most of the time it won't. I can't figure out the problem. I don't think the issue lies with Blogger, but rather with my browser and cookies. I've been trying to trouble-shoot but nothing seems to be working. I've cleared my browser and that hasn't helped. If anyone has any suggestions, please share. In the meantime, thanks for reading my ramblings and please know I'm not ignoring you.

I have been having the same thing happen. I think it is blogger though because I'll be logged in and then it randomly logs me out or just won't let me comment.

I have the same problem sometimes too! I think there is some kind of glitch with blogger, it only happens for me with certain blogs Its very annoying!!

Parade

Brittany decided to join the marching band this year. She plays the marimba. The band participates in a lot of parades and marched in the River Heights parade last Saturday. I thought Maya would enjoy the parade so she and I went and watched Brittany. Since the pit section cannot march with their instruments, they hold the shields and march in front of the rest of the band. Brittany is the last on on the right, holding the "T".

New House

We are building a new house!  This project has been in the works for a long time and we chose to keep it a secret until "Dig Day" because of how frustrating the process has been.  We began this adventure in February 2013 when we found the "lot of our dreams".  This piece of land was perfect.  Perfect location (in Providence), perfect size (0.96 acre), perfect orientation (house will face west).   The development process was long and difficult.  Providence City is not easy to work with.  Their requirements are extensive and often times ridiculous and unnecessary.  We've jumped through all kinds of hoops to get to where we are. We are building with Mt. Sterling Custom Homes.  They have a great reputation for designing and building high quality homes.  I had found a house plan that I really liked, had done some tweaking myself, then took it in to Mt.
